MrArtistGuy’s cancellation, refund, transfer, or changing camps/classes policy
Refunds will be given if requested by email within 24hrs of purchase date, less PayPal’s processing fee of 2.9%. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Transfer requests received at least 4 weeks prior to the start of the session for camps/classes will be considered. If there is an available spot in the camp/class you are trying to transfer to then we will happily accommodate the request. If we are unable to place you into another camp/class then we will offer a credit for the original purchased price. The credit will be valid for 6months.
If you are transferring camps or classes less than 15 days before the start date there will be a $20 administrative fee per child, provided it is possible to fulfill your request.
Birthday Party Packages have a $150.00 non-refundable deposit due upon reservation of date.
